Check physically the power supply modules status LEDs. The two LEDs on the working module should be Green. The one which doesn't have both LEDs green should be non-working p/s module.
As far the status of p/s modules shown in the iLO interface is concerned, it might be referring PS0 as PS1.

I could not see any LED related to power supply. I have checked in hardware manual also which is attched in your link.

As mentioned in the manual, you need to open the front bazel to see those LEDs.
