Re: Problem N4000

You appear to have a hardware problem, possibly processor related.
Log a call with your local HP Response Centre or Hardware support centre
My house is the bank's, my money the wife's, But my opinions belong to me, not HP!

Re: Problem N4000

Hi,

The alert shows some basic system hardware failure related to processor. The alert you posted seems to be in-complete.
In order to diagnose the problem , you need
look for logs , system hardware status etc through GSP.

what you see on the forward progress like
processor test
Is it stopped to some stage?

GSP > CL
GSP > SL
GSP > SS
GSP > PS

Log a h/w call to HP and provide them all details.
