Question on unames for old models

I found this website
http://www.openpa.net/systems/ultralight.html

to get unames.

My question is on the data:

Project Names - uname
D250/D350: Ultralight - 9000/821/831
D260/D360: Ultralight - 9000/841/851
D270/D370: Ultralight - 9000/861/871
D280/D380: Ultralight - 9000/810/820

Are these unames correct? They seem to stray from the other uname structures of 9000/xxx

Thanks in advance.

Re: Question on unames for old models

Hi,

It is nearly correct.

You see a mix of the presentations of the one and two processor machines.

F.e.:

D250/350 1 Proc: 9000/821
D250/350 2 Proc: 9000/831

In addition to the output of "uname -m" above, you can use the "model" command:

f.e.:

D250 1 Proc: 9000/821/D250
D380 2 Proc: 9000/820/D380

best regards

Stefan

Re: Question on unames for old models

If I remember correctly, Ultralight was the code name for the development project in HP that developed the first D-class systems. It was never used publicly in the marketing of the eventual products.
