your card A6829A will work. Have a look at this page:

It's showing the supported options, including your PCI Dual port U160 SCSI adapter.

But the problem is, your SCSI card supports LVD/SE, but the A3311A is most likely HVD - so your SCSI card works with your server, but NOT with your disks.

SolutionIMHO using such converter will be patchwork.
You'll have a fast server and very slow disks. Additionally, this solution will be unsupported. Think about a nice small disk subsystem like DS2110

Perhaps a better solution.
