Re: RP 4440 Memory carrier board upgradation
"...no display on the Server..."
You should be able to connect at least to the MP even without any CPU or memory.
Do you have a MP output?
Anything in the logs?
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: RP 4440 Memory carrier board upgradation
Hi Murat,
Thanks for the inputs.
According to your reply,my Server ( A7134B (HP 9000 RP4440 SERVER) will not support A9739B memory carrier board.
My Server contains 1.0GHz PA-RISC 8800 dual core processor(A7135A).
Do you have any supporting docs to share.
Thanks in advance
Madhu Gopalakrishnan

Re: RP 4440 Memory carrier board upgradation
There were several changes in the firmware made in the past regarding memory/memory extenders.
What firmware rev. is installed?
From the MP run
MP:CM> sysrev
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
