RP3440, Not identifying the disks

I am observing a strange behaviour with one of my RP3440 box. The box was working perfectly fine, but now the box is giving an error when the box tries to load IPL too boot the OS.

I have attached the MP Logs and IPL Session.

Any help ? Thank you.
