Once i've accepted the fault the server boots up fine and everything tested ok using STM.

It's also not showing the serial number of the server:

Can anyone tell me what needs to be done ?

Will

Re: RP5400 PDC Error

Hi Will,

The Hardware system serial number is missing or invalid. It needs to be set using proprietary HP diagnostics/tools.

What happens when you use the serialnum command in BCH?

Information Menu: Enter command > serialnum
