I'm looking into the possible hardware upgrades on one of our rp5470. Right now we sit at 4 cpu's and 5Gb memory. Precisely, could we upgrade the # of CPU's ?
Sincerely,
Serge

Re: RP5470 upgrade paths.
Nope - 4 CPUs is the max in the L-class aka rp54xx model series.
Next step up would be an N-class aka rp7400.
Or even the newer cell-based systems like the rp7405, rp7410 or even the newest rp7420.
Rgds,
Jeff

Re: RP5470 upgrade paths.
the max of rp5470 is 4 CPU 875 MHz and 16GB RAM. If you want more CPUs, you should to box swap to newer model rp4440.

Zygmunt

Re: RP5470 upgrade paths.
The upgrade is major surgery, so plan for some time off line.
