Re: RP7400 panic

Hi Joelmel,

Good day to you !
Is the system up & running now ?

You need to check on this files below :
- /etc/shutdownlog
- /var/tombstones/ts99

You need to check also whether the crashdump directory has been created on /var/adm/crash directory.

If you have a HP support, call them.

Please attach /var/tombstones/ts99 and give me the model of your system :

# model

Cheers,
AW.
now working, next not working ... that's unix

Re: RP7400 panic

if your system is up, get the /var/tombstones/ts99 file and send to hp for analysis. if the system is not up, try removing all i/o adapters, and boot up with minimum memory and cpu. that will help to isolate the hardware that cause you not able to pass the selftest.

Hello Joel,

Possible Hardware Failure. Log a HP Hardware Support Ticket soon to verify.
