(RP7440) no power LED attention after BPS failure.urgent!!
We have two RP7440s in customer site.
Last week, both of them had one BPS failure(from MP log and CM>PS).
But, we found that the LEDs-"POWER" of both servers are normal GREEN. We got no attention cue from the front panel.
Why no attention LED light(yellow/red) after BPS failure?
attched files are the MP log.
Thanks for your reply in advance.

Hi Hui,
Have you checked the firmware version ? That could be one reason.
Best Regards,
Prashanth

Re: (RP7440) no power LED attention after BPS failure.urgent!!
Hi Hui,
Am sorry couldnt find any fixes in the next version of firmware. Strange behaviour!! I would suggest you to reset the MP with XD command at MP prompt and monitor if this issue occurs.
If you donot find a fault LED indication for any further HW Fault on the box recommend you to involve HP Hardware team to look into the issue.
Best Regards,
Prashanth
