Suspect the Memory Dimms have gone bad hence the system is not able to bootup would suggest you to have the dimms replaced immediately.

Thanks the info, might be possible for cell board 2 cant power up. In the vfp output, the status of cell-2 is "cell firmware configuration log 61" and after that auto the cell-2 down.

You will also need to have the Battery replaced on the GSP.
Once you have the memory issues sorted as per above, you will need to clear the PDT.
