Hi All,
After a reboot the system is not coming up
booting in single user mode
we were able to run ioscan -fnC disk and noticed that both disks off of HW path 1/0/0/2/0.6.0 and 1/0/0/3/0.6.0 and the dvd are not showing up.
tried replacing the disks with no luck.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Re: RP8400 - ioscan not showing disks off of HW path 1/0/0 - bottom 2 disks
On a rp8400, the bottom two disks and the bottom DVD all connect through the secondary MP/CoreIO card (MP 1). When you view the back of the server, the secondary MP/CoreIO is the lower one.
If all three devices you mentioned are missing and replacing won't help, it might be a MP/CoreIO card issue.
