u may use still link to find out the power cord needed:
http://partsurfer.hp.com/cgi-bin/spi/main
based on rx4640, there r quite a few model number:
http://partsurfer.hp.com/cgi-bin/spi/main?sel_flg=modsrch&template=main&cpric=philippines&prodsrch=RX4640&submit.x=6&submit.y=6
select one and choose Power Cord in the "by keyword" column.
