Re: Re : L3000 server
I don't think so - the largest I see is:
A6091A
73GB hot-plug Ultra2 SCSI hard drive - 10,000 RPM, half height

Re: Re : L3000 server
That doesn't mean it won't work though. I would think you should be able to do it.

You may check that on:

And yes, it's possible!
Enjoy :)

Re: Re : L3000 server
Be sure to have PDC version 44.12 - always a good idea to have the current one.
Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Re: Re : L3000 server
On the link I mentioned on my previous post, the 146Gb hard disk is mentioned....but in the partsurfer web site it is not.
Better to check with HP directly mentioning that, otherwise the sales guy will look at partsurfer and say NO!
Enjoy :)

Re: Re : L3000 server
One thing to consider about *any* drive you want to install in an L-class is RPM
15K RPM drives are *not* supported in an L-class due to the heat they generate. Only up to 10K RPM drives are supported.
My 2 cents,
Jeff
