Reboot after panic

Hello all:

I've been having a problem with an rp7420 rebooting itself (4 times last night).

Is anyone familiar with the following, which appears in my /etc/shutdownlog:

16:51 Tue Mar 04 2008. Reboot after panic: , isr.ior = 0'a62400c0.c0000000'40111000

That appears to indicate a hardware type of failure.
You could check out if there is anything in the tombstones, or look in th echassis logs on the MP
But I would log a hardware call with your HP Response Centre or whoever does your support
