Reset GSP on L1000 (hpux 11.00) to know the admin passw

I bought an L1000 from a reseller. The
original customer which I don't know
used a password on the GSP (lanconsole)
which I don't know.

I need to reconfigure the GSP : use
correct IP address and of course
have admin access.

I can not get in touch with the previous
owner of the box.

How can I fullfill my need(s) ?

Btw, do you know why the GSP runs an ftp
server ?

FTP functionality is used during firmware upgrades to the GSP itself.
