Resetting GSP

I'm dealing with multiple HP 9000 servers. Occasionally, we are unable to get console access via hyperterminal (or any terminal program). The problem is only with console access (we're always able to get in vie the network). All terminal settings have been checked. A reboot doesn't help. It looks like the problem is with the GSP. It believe the GSP unit controls terminal access. Since the GSP has it's own power supply, I don't know of an easy way to reset it. Is there an easy way to reset the GSP? Remember, when this problem occurs, console access is unavailable. Thanks.

Re: Resetting GSP

Hi there.
I know, taht for sample on N-class servers there is a reset switch at the backside of the box. Tried this one ? We used it for some occasions without any problems.
