SD 32 48v can't get
Help!
SD 32 new installation, HKP available, but can not get 48v power. Front panel led 48 v off, 6 BPS ac present,cm>ps show every thing ok, power switch is showing off status despite mine turning power switch on. Any suggetstions ?

Chamberlian,
You're not going to believe this, try flipping the main front panel switch to the OFF position. I have seen a couple of instances where the switch has been wired backwards. Please reply to this and let me know if it works.

If this is a brand new install, then the machine is still under warranty. Call HP and make them figure it out.

Hi,there. Problem solved. I checked the power switch from inside. One circuit was disconnected . Reconnect it solved the problem. The chassis log reported just confused me.Thanks a lot!
