Server does not boot from cd HPUX v10.20

Hi, we have an hp9000 A-series. when inserting an hp-ux 10.20 bootable cd, it does not boot (the BO p1 command returns to the ISL prompt). When inserting ah hp-ux 11.00 bootable disk, it starts correctly. We want to install hpux 10.20. Any hints? thanks in advance

Hi,

A-class models doesn't support 10.20, they support only the 11.x.

can you tell us the model?

Sorry, the product number is A5570B

The model of the server is rp2450, which does not support 10.20.
Only the older models which were called as A-class, like A180 will support 10.20
