Re: Server not booting

Hi sreeni,
search for the disk from the command menu
"Main Menu: Enter command or menu > SEA"

Check both the primary and secondary paths are showing there (If mirrored).
If it is showing the path, boot with the specified path.If it is not booting with primary disk , boot with secondary disk path.

"in Menu: Enter command or menu >BO "

Re: Server not booting

Pls try booting with the 'ALT' path - it should work. You 'PRI' disk would have an issue - check -ioscan after u boot; follow the standards steps to ascertain a faulty disk/path.

Re: Server not booting

Hi Sreeni,

IODC ENTRY_INIT failed. Error Status: -8

This error points to IO error of boot disk.
Check for alternate boot device path and try.

Re: Server not booting

Can you post the forward progress (fpl) and system event logs (sel) from the MP?
