Solutionsearch for the disk from the command menu
"Main Menu: Enter command or menu > SEA"
Check both the primary and secondary paths are showing there (If mirrored).
If it is showing the path,boot with the specified path.If it is not booting with primary disk , boot with secondary disk path.

Pls try booting with the 'ALT' path - it should work. You 'PRI' disk would have an issue - check -ioscan after u boot; follow the standards steps to ascertain a faulty disk/path.

IODC ENTRY_INIT failed. Error Status: -8
This error points to IO error of boot disk.
Check for alternate boot device path and try.
