Specifications for rp5450

Hi everybody,

can someone point me to the right direction to get the specifications for a rp5450?
The HP products website only lists rp5430 and rp5470. I can't find a "Discontinued products" site.

Thanks in advance,

Re: Specifications for rp5450

Markus,

try:
http://docs.hp.com/hpux/hw/index.html
click the rp5400 series link.

appendix B is the system specifications section. (page 181)

Re: Specifications for rp5450

The rp5450 is the old L2000. If you can't find the specifications you need, we may be able to answer specific questions. It could go up to four processors and had 10 I/O slots (not all equal).

Re: Specifications for rp5450

Thx for the information.
Meanwhile I received the "product brief" for the rp5450/rp5400 from our local HP ASE.

It's just a little disapointing that such information is so well hided on the HP sites. I saw that the ProLiant and Alpha sites have a "discontinued products" section. I found such one also in the HP9000 area but this only sends you to the ITRC site.

Re: Specifications for rp5450

Markus,

I agree with you. there's no link to the documentation site from the main hp.com page or from the ITRC. Many of the problems/questions raised on this forum could be solved if there was an obvious link to the documentation site.
