Speed of A5158A on L3000

How do I determine the speed of a fibre channel link on this older L-class?

Here's more unhelpful output:

# echo "map;selall;wait;cds;wait;done" | cstm | grep -i tachyon
Qualifier : HP5158A_Tachyon_TL

Not much to go on.

Well, in this case the model number tells everything you need.

A5158A is a 1 Gigabit FC card; that's the only speed it can handle.

OK, great. But how would I know that from any of the documentation posted at docs.hp.com? I searched and searched! Lots of release notes for bug fixes but no technical information for the card.

Hi Bill.

Actually I don't see in either of those links a technical description of the card and speed capabilities. Maybe I'm missing something?

Yeah, those are links to the driver specs. After using HP as well as Google, I've determined that there appears there is no comprehensive specs for this (now out of production) card. It's a 1Gb card (only) which I got the details from partsurfer.hp.com

A5158A
1Gbps Tachyon TL PCI 2x Fiber Channel (FC) adapter - Single channel, short wave - Has SC connectors
