Superdome Partition/Cells reconfigure: online?

Hi,

I have a superdome with 4 partitions and 6 cells.(2 npar with 2 cells, and 2 with one cell each).
I want to reconfigure 2 partitions as follow:
* remove a cell from a 2 cell npar.
* add the cell to another "one cell" npar.

I think that this could be done via the GSP commands, or using the parmodify command.
My question is: is there a step by step guide for this and do I need a reboot (downtime) for this?

Removal and addition of a cell from npar can not be done online, downtime has to be scheduled. parmodify can be executed online however changes will be effective after reboot.
