Support options

HP has some new support bundles out it looks like HA109A3 replaces the old H4403A same day (M-F 8-5) support? I am being told that HA109A3 is actually 13x5....my understanding was 13x5 was only offered on hardware support. Hope that's not to confusing...appreciate the help!!!

Your not the only one thats confused let me assure you, here's a breakdown for you of the new support options (Also knows as Purple CATS within HP)

HA109A1 = OS3 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri 1yr
HA109A3 = 3Y3 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri 3yr

HA110A1 = 0S6 24 x 7 x 365 1 yr
HA110A3 = 3Y6 24 x 7 x 365 3 yr
