System Fault Managment
I have uninstalled the SFM in my server to upgrade to newer version. but, i am not able to upgrade the same. now there is no SFM in the server?
what happens to the server if there is no SFM??
pls. reply me.

As the HP team told just use the below command to upgrade the SFM bundle.
i typed the command.
swinstall -s /path..../OpenSSL...
after that there is a SD install interaction which is asking for interaction, which i do not understand.

This seems to install OpenSSL not SFM. (But I assume you'll do that next?)
swinstall needs to be told what to do. If you want to install all of that depot, you can add to the end:

If you do this, it won't go into the interactive GUI.

If you do not have SFM on the server you will not be able to monitor your hardware for eg:- the fans, blowers , CPU etc that is the option of having the facility of evweb will be curtailed.

As Ismail said, you may have to add other options:
swinstall -s /path..../OpenSSL... -x autoreboot=true \*
