System hand detected via timer popping

I have and rp2400, a few weeks ago the system froze up and the only thing we could do to get it back up again was to turn the power off and then back on. It has been running fine since. this is the error message that the gsp gave me.

Do I need to update the firmware on the gsp, or is this a hardware issue?

Hi Brett,

Alert level 13 itself indicates GSP detected a system hang (System heart beat
timeout) and you can analyze TOC crash dump to determine the cause of system
hang if you need.

For the vast majority of cases, that error is a "bogus" error, although it can
be somewhat corrected by the latest GSP firmware and latest diagnostics.

I updated the GSP firmware and did some OS patch updates. This resolve issue
