T600 server not booting up

Hi, our T600 can not boot up, SP log is attached below. what part fails?

The Power System Control and Monitor (PSCM) is part of the SP card (Service Processor) in the T-Class. Looks like it is out of order (self test failure). You should contact HP to get it repaired. What do the LEDs and the two digits of the selftest status of the SP card show ?
