Hi,
Still learning about the different classes/models of HP servers, which is a pain since I don't see them physically, only work on them remotely!
Anyway, just regarding the TOC button, I noticed that if you google for:
rp3410 VSD
and
rp8420 VSD
and download the pdfs:
VSD-rp3410.pdf
VSD-rp7420.pdf
You can clearly see a TOC button on the rp3410, but not on the rp7420.
So my question is, how would you perform a crash/reset on a rp7420 physically? We have data centre people who can push buttons like the TOC button, but are not allowed to access any consoles/terminals and start typing things.
What types (class/model) of servers have TOC buttons?

Re: TOC buttons
Hi Hash,
I think you can do the "TOC" on the MP and the command is CM:TC.
GOOD LUCK!!

Re: TOC buttons
Problem is, the data center people are not allowed to use MP commands.
We have problems with remote console at the moment, so wanted to know if physical TOC options are available?
