Do you know how to check temperature etc from GSP/MP on HP hosts?
We have a lot of temp alarms from 1 of our data centers.
Thanks
Mark

Re: Temp check from console
Now if the room temperature is reasonable (68-75 F, 20-24 C), then you may have a bad fan but since you said there were a lot of alarms, I would assume that there is a fire at the data center and immediate attention is needed before damage occurs. I have had to repair thousands of dollars of servers that overheated because the air conditioning was inadequate.
Now if just a single system is reporting the alarm, the server may have a piece of paper stuck in front of a fan (which is bad). It still needs immediate (onsite) attention.

Re: Temp check from console
The Aircon failed last night. Only one box (SD) has a problem now.
