UNIX build
We are currently building a UNIX 11 Operating System on a N-Class server. We the boot of the UNIX CD is complete it looks OK but we have some issues with missing files. When we launch SAM to configure the LAn cards it is reporting an error that /etc/rc.config.d/hpbase100conf is missing ! Therefore we cannot configure LAN card. Any thoughts ??? We can copy the file but is this safe ???? Also how can we check if there is any other file missing.

Re: UNIX build
Hi,
Check this patch,
http://www5.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/patchDocDisplay.do?patchId=PHNE_25907
2. JAGad26217:
If /etc/rc.config.d/hpbase100conf configuration file does not exist on system before patch PHNE_21687 is installed, the patch will not copy the file /usr/newconfig/etc/rc.config.d/hpbase100conf to /etc/rc.config.d/hpbase100conf.
Patch Dependencies:
s700: 11.00: PHNE_18486 PHNE_18409
s800: 11.00: PHNE_18486 PHNE_18409
Hope it helps,
Robert-Jan
