UPS Cable Pinouts for Compaq R3000H 220V UPS

Hi,

As I can no longer get the cable for the RS232 Interface on these UPS's (We have 2) can anyone supply the pinouts for both end of these cables so I can make my own?

From the label the part no is 295245 but I believe from the HP website the full part number for the leads seems to be something like 295245-004
