Solution
Looks like a High Priority Machine Check on a processor. If under support, time to call in. If not try a reboot, but I think you are in deep.
Sorry I could not be more helpful.
Best regards,
dl

Also to a search on HPMC/TOC and you will find other helpful information to identify the fault. i.e.

Re: Unexpected HPMC FLT 20B4
Check this link:
http://www1.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/search.do?category=c0&mode=id&searchCrit=allwords&docType=Security&docType=Patch&docType=EngineerNotes&docType=BugReports&docType=Hardware&docType=ReferenceMaterials&docType=ThirdParty&searchString=KCKBCA200108311
and this one as well:

According to these you probably have some serious processor issues:
FLT CBF0 - HPMC handling initiated
FLT CBFB - Branching to the OS HPMC handler
FLT 20B4 - Chassis code 2xyy (x=Processor Memory bus slot number) - Cache errors.
FLT 5008, 5408 and 5508 - Chassis code 5xyz (x=Processor Memory bus slot number y=System Bus Number) - Bus Transactions errors
If this is under hardware support, it's time to call HP.
