hi,
it depends upon the disk really?
not all are available, and they are for specific disk mechs.
some you can put on a bootable dat tape and just reboot the and tape, and it will search for upgradeable disks.
some need installing with the disk tools in STM or by HP
All firmware is availale on the business support site, depending upon server and disk part number
