we want to upgrade the cell board of rp8420 server. Its a cluster node and billing server.
That means two rp8420 there. Following is the part list of cell board.
Could anyone please send us an action plan to do the up gradation process.

Please clarify what type of upgradation U guys wanna perform?
Upgradation may varies as:
1. Adding CPU or Memory?
2. Updating PDC or MP firmware?
