Well, there are several different ways to approach this. Just increasing your memory might improve your performance. You could possibly upgrade the existing processors to faster models. You could buy a newer, faster server like a rp7410.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Hi,

I don't think an upgrade to an rp5404 is going to do a thing for you. Appears you already have a 650Mhz L-class.
What you could do is upgrade to an rp5470 with either 750 Mhz PA8700 or even a 875Mhz PA8700+ processor system. But all L-class or rp54XX systems are limited to 4 CPUs max.

In addition, you should check if you have both memory carriers. Your computer, can have one or two. Two will double the bandwidth to memory if you have enough memory modules spread evenly across them. If you only have one memory module with four CPUs, you may be not getting the full power.
