I need to upgrade this Server.
Current config is 4 processor. 4 GB RAM and internal 36 GB *2 Harddisk + External storedge HP 2300 with 36 GB * 8 Hard Disk.
Any suggestion please....

I don't think an upgrade to an rp5404 is going to do a thing for you. Appears you already have a 650Mhz L-class.
What you could do is upgrade to an rp5470 with either 750 Mhz PA8700 or even a 875Mhz PA8700+ processor system. But all L-class or rp54XX systems are limited to 4 CPUs max.
