Actually when i replaced memories, i replaced also the memory carrier but the problem is not solved.

The memory carrier has to go in the bottom slot, not the top one.
You may wish to take a look at the connectors to make sure you don't have any bent pins, that was common.
How much memory do you have on those carriers? It'd be a good idea to get it down to minimal memory to see if that will work. If it doesn't, you can try a couple of other DIMMs. If it does, you can start adding some more memory back in and retesting.
