excessive errors from the I/0 subsystem.

Hi Rui,
*Usually* this indicates that you have a CPU that is starting to fail.
I'd call this in to HP support as a HW call.
You don't want to wait until it fails completely & panics the system.

Hi there.
Check your system with one of the stm tools
( cstm / mstm /xstm ).
Looks like one of your CPU's is going down.
We have had the same error a few days ago.
If you open a hardware call, tell them to check the backplane and the carrier board as well. We had three outages, because finally they had to change the backplane on our V2500.
