V2500/2600 - What type of memory?

What type of memory is used in the V2500 and V2600? Is it something proprietary or are the DIMMs just EDO or SDRAM with ECC?

The V-class computers have nothing in common with PCs. The memory is completely proprietary,

I know that the architecture of the V-Class is different. But the memory modules itself have DIMM format, and it is SDRAM memory on the PCBs.

As soon as my "new" V-Classes arrive I'll have a closer look on the memory.
