WARNING: FAN FAILURE HAS BEEN DETECTED

Hello,

I have an issue with a D390 server which runs with HPUX 10.20.
This server can't reboot and I can see this error message on console:
WARNING: FAN FAILURE HAS BEEN DETECTED. and the server shitdown again.

I can't reboot the server in sigle user...

Someone can help me ?

You will have to replace the defunct fan unit. Logon to console and do ps to know which one has faild.

The FAN referred to is one of the cooling fans used to keep the machine from overheating. This is a serious problem and that's why the machine shuts down.
