What's the maximum RAM device size for R380?

Hello colleagues,
we've an old R380 server; I'd like to expand the RAM; I've seen there're 6 couple of slots; what's the maximum size of the RAM chipset for each slot? do you have any link to the R380/390 technical handbook?

It seems 3GB is the maximum in both the R380/1 and R380/2

These servers have 12 slots, 6 banks (6*2=12). Max DIMM size is 256MB for 2 way and looks like 128MB for 1 way (not sure).
So 256*12=3GB
