I would like to know if I can put to a D280 model:
1) A Fibre Channel target.
2) A 100 lan target.

Solution
The D280 has slots for HSC cards, as well as EISA cards.
It will make a large diferenceif you wish to use HP-UX11.x 64bit,m as there are NO drivers for hte EISA cards in teh 64bit version.
I would suggest you take a look at
http://partsurfer.hp.com
but here are a few ideas:
A6684A HSC-EFF TACHLITE FIBRE CHANNEL ADAPTER
J3515A 100Bt One port LAN card
J3516A 100Bt Two port LAN card

The cards needed are as follows:
J3516A - dual port 100BT LAN
A3395-60001 - 1063MB fibre channel

now you got the part numbers, however,
first determine if you have enough free HSC slots; the D280 has only four, one of which is typically occupied by the remote mgmt card. One is used for the internal SCSI disk drives.
If you have no other choice you may consider replacing the remote mgmt card, see page 9 in
