Re: Why about legacy PA HEX chassis-code
Your attachment indicates the system detected "panic: all VFS_MOUNTROOTs failed: NEED DRIVERS ?????". You need to analyze crash dumps to determine the root case. Try searching a keyword "VFS_MOUNTROOTs" and you can find other threads on that panic message.

SolutionThe system alerts shows the "system warning" followed by "system panic".
As per the PIM info, the HPMC chassis code are not logged. Hence the possible cause on account of hardware is ruled out. All 4 processors are TOCed on account of system panic.
"panic: all VFS_MOUNTROOTs failed: NEED DRIVERS ????? "
indicates that mouting of root filesystem failed. There are few causes for such error.
The bottom line , it is a software panic.
To decode the cause of panic from the "legacy PA HEX chassis-code" can only be done by HP.
Besides information you have collected ( as posted ), you need to see the GSP error log as well GSP > SL > E > n
You need to first upgrade the PDC firmware to 43.43 which could be done in the current situation. It may resolve the issue. Refer this link
http://www2.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/patchDetail.do?BC=patch.breadcrumb.main|patch.breadcrumb.search|&patchid=PF_CPIW4343&context=firmware:cpu
Moreover you can log a h/w call to HP and provide them all this information alongwith GSP error log.
