I want to installed one more cpu in my hp9000 server k250 ,what steps i have to take for installing additional cpu?

They have to match in speed and cache size. You need part number A3498A. Are you sure that the CPU is your bottleneck. Even if it is and you add it, the bottleneck could shift to memory or I/O and not give you the gain you expect. Good luck.
