Re: cant not find patch for L2000

did the upgrade finished successfuly and there was no interuption at the time GSP upgrade was happening? If no then try installing it again.. remember not to power cycle the box else GSP may be unusable if FW upgrade did not happen successfully.

Re: cant not find patch for L2000

I checked the details of the patch and found that it does not contain the upgrade for GSP.Update GSP firmware to revision A.01.12. Firmware revision A.01.12 is available at the following site for download:

http://itrc.hp.com/

The procedure to download firmware patches is described below. Three methods are available.

Method #1: Downloading the Firmware Patch via the World Wide Web:

Connect to the Hewlett Packard IT Resource Center (HP-ITRC) World Wide Web home page at their URL by entering the following:
http://itrc.hp.com

Under the "Maintenance/Support" menu, select "Individual Patches".
If you are a previously registered user:
a. Login, entering your User ID and password, then click "GO".
This will take you to the "Patch Database Main" screen. Now continue to step 4.

If you are a first time user:

a. Click on "Register Now". European customers should use the European site.
b. Review the "Terms and Conditions" page. At the bottom of the page you may accept the "terms and conditions" and proceed to the registration page.
c. Complete the registration information requested.
d. Once the registration information has been successfully transmitted, the "Registration - Confirmation"
screen will appear. Write down the IT Resource Center User ID (or print the screen) for later
reference. Now click on the "Continue" button and proceed with step 4 below.

Select the "Firmware Patches" option.
Select the "CPU Patches" option search for patch PF_CPREGSPA0112.
Select the appropriate patch (for example: PF_CPREGSPA0112). Patch description and installation instructions will appear. Click on the "DOWNLOAD" button to copy the patch to your system.
