changing the creator on an HP/3000 Image database

I had to crank up the HP3000 last week for a data extraction project for a client.  There is a or was a free add on that would let you change the database creator, then you could delete the database, use dbcaps to change  (reduce) the capacity etc.  I just can't remmeber the software name.  we have it on our systems but...just can't find it.

Any ideas folks?

Yes Adager will do that but we don't have adager on our system. Any other
