Ed,
You could put this DIMM in a different slot within the Rank 2, slot 2D for example.
See if it boots...if it doesn't then post the NEW error logs in on the MP...we can then see where the fault goes, hopefully to slot 2D which will confirm a faulty DIMM.

It seems I have a bad planner board per engineer and they are sending me one now. Phil Thank you very much for your comments. I did get some great knowledge out of you, so total is not lost. Thanks again...
