Do such dates exist for the hardware or just the OS? If there is an end of support date for the servers, how do I find what this is? I've searched the HP website to no avail.

SolutionUnfortunately this information is difficult to find from the hp.com website.
The local re-seller or HP where you bought the servers should be able to tell you.
