error from RP7410

Could anyone give me a hand? When I enter the command "sea" under the maintenance mode I got a error information,It indicates "PDH NVRAM and I/O card NVRAM SCSI parameters do not match for path 1/0/0/3/0 Search aborted. The SCSI parameters for this card must be corrected from the BCH Service menu",Who can tell me how to do next step?

Re: error from RP7410

Sounds like you may have the wrong card in your system or the card or whats hung off of it is not properly terminated.

Have you added hardware to this box lately? If so, have the installation checked. Something is wrong.

Does the sea show anything?

Re: error from RP7410

Hi,

Confirm the model of the CARD and confirm the type of scsi tech it is using. e.g. FWD SCSI etc. Check the installation procedure of the card in the server. and setting to be made. Here you are receiving scsi speed mismatch. In BCH prompt go to service menu then Go to SCSI & U can change the speed. Run the self test. Restart the server every time U change the setting.

Re: error from RP7410

Like Saurav told you,

first determine the type of card using ioscan or by physical inspection.

second check
http://docs.hp.com/hpux/netcom/index.html#SCSI%20Host%20Bus%20Adapters

pick your card and follow the instructions.
