Have you added hardware to this box lately? If so, have the installation checked. Something is wrong.

SolutionConfirm the model of the CARD and confirm the type of scsi tech it is using. e.g. FWD SCSI etc. Check the installation procedure of the card in the server. and setting to be made. Here you are receiving scsi speed mismatch. In BCH prompt go to service menu then Go to SCSI & U can change the speed. Run the self test. Restart the server every time U change the setting.

first determine the type of card using ioscan or by physical inspection.
second check

pick your card and follow the instructions.
