SolutionSounds to me like the sensor - or even the fan itself - is cycling between good & bad.
Either way it should be a case where an HP CE dhould be summoned so give the Response Center a call & log a case.
Rgds,
Jeff

Re: fan0 disconnected on L2000
It looks like tempeature sensor problem. The fan management board should be replaced. Could you talk with HP support ?
Good luck.

Re: fan0 disconnected on L2000
How often does the system report the fan events? Is it intermittent or solid? Did the EMS log another entry for the fan connection after logging the fan discinnection entry? It is better you attach the EMS output copy for our reference.
L-class system has the N+1 fan redundancy and the system can be up and running with 1 fan failure. I would suggest you will check the fan status with the GSP PS command when the event was logged.
GSP> ps
Power Monitor Status:
Firmware Revision : 4
System Power state: On Power Switch : On
Temperature : Normal Selected fan state: Normal
Power supplies | Fan
# State Type | States
-----------------------------------------------------------
0 Normal Type 0 | Normal
1 Fault Type 0 | Normal
2 Normal Type 0 | Normal
3 - - | Normal
4 - - | Normal
5 - - | Normal
6 - - | Normal
7 - - | Normal

If the system has "failure" entry something like below, I would suggest you will contact HP call center for more troubleshooting.

Re: fan0 disconnected on L2000
If your system is support redundancy, it operate
any problem. Send your system's log to HP Response Center.
event.log, syslog, GSP log...
Have a nice day....
